Like most Bostonians, we at Boston Digital Productions are proud New England Patriots fans (go Brady!), and are still in shock over the incredible comeback the team staged (thank you Edelman) in the second half of Super Bowl LI. Yesterday, we couldn’t resist joining the Boston community in celebrating the Pat’s fifth NFL championship, as their victory parade rolled right by our office doors. Over a million devoted fans braved intermittent bouts of New England’s typical winter weather for a chance to cheer on the G.O.A.T. himself, who was greeted with raucous cheers as he rolled through the streets in one of Boston’s finest Duck Boats, the rest of the fired-up team in tow. Rear Adm. Tim Gallaudet was interviewed today by members of the American Meteorological Society. During the interview Gallaudet discussed the importance of advancing weather observation capabilities, how the Navy is preparing for rising sea levels and the melting sea ice in the Arctic.
